Changing creation date

    What is the correct proceedure for changing a creation date of an account? I created an account 3 weeks ago but service actually started today. If I leave the creation date the same it will bill cycle items from the original creation date. How do I change this?

    Creation Date is informational only. For billing, you would want to change the expiration date.
