Changing BANS <h1> Header

    Can someone tell me, how the heck do you change the BANS "<h1>" headers. Its becoming a bit frustrating now that I can't change it or even find where to change it.

    I'd appreciate your help. Thanks...

    If you use firefox, try an extension called firebug. It's very helpful in finding where to change things, and it makes it easy to test the changes without screwing things up.
