    Hi,guys
im running my website from 1.5 years and at first i was kept my geo target in webmaster tools to india only, becuase i was newbie at that time & i thought it will boost my rankings.
But now i have done so much SEO & gotsome results also but its only coming for searches from india not outside the india.
I mean if i search my keyword in google.co.in my site comes at 2nd page, but for same search in google.com or google.co.uk its not coming in first thousand results.
can anyone plz tell why this is happening, should i change back geotarget to globally or i keep doing more SEO for my site.
NOTE: my site is coming in 2nd page if you search the web in google.co.in with my keyword.
and if i search that in "pages from india" then it comes in first page.that means its coming both for the web and pages from india then why not its coming for other countries as well.

If you have a google webmaster account then you can set the geographic loaction for your site to target which may help. Aside from this i'm not sure.

Google associates any site to a specific country,
    1) depending on ccTLD (.in, .uk etc)
    2) depending up on the region of back-linking sites
    3) depending on the location of host server
    4) geo targeting in webmaster tools also plays a role

so resolve these factors then u ll be able to target the global market:)
