Changing As To Allow Not To Be A Member.

You may have a simple fix, but I don't know what it is. I have a Joke script which I am using and have setup. Only problem is I don't want people to have to register just to take a look at jokes. Can anyone help me? If you could point me to where the problem might be I will come take a look.
