Changing Anchor Text

I am new to all this, so please bear with me. I understand the concept of anchor text just fine, however there seem to be many instances where you have no option as to the text that links to your site. For example, all my posts in the DP Forums have the anchor text "Visit RoyDixon's homepage!"
Is there a way to go and change these settings?

Also, when I am posting to relevant blogs, how do I know if anchor text is allowed in the post. They always seem to have a place to post my home URL.. should I simply place the link with the desired anchor text in the reply and see if it flies?

    1. Place your URL in the signature with the desired anchor text.

    2. Yes, you will have to try and see if HTML is allowed in blog comments

I agree, put it in the name box, then the url below, write something of use and contribute, then people will click your name. The thing is to put a keyword in your name, that's relevant to your niche. For example you sell ice cream - Dave (Ice Cream Man) Whatever.

    Get the idea?

What do you mean? If you want to have variable anchor text, just use different ones for each of your signature links since you can have max 4 for them.
Sometimes when you are trying to work on blog commentings, usually the blog owner was never happy if you place anchor text, so it's up to you to choose and find the right blogs that will allow you to do so. There's nothing you can do about this.

If you want to start up a linkbuilding campain trough commenting, first search your keywords for the best one that can be used as a name. Of course the bloggers will delete your comment if you have "Hotels" in the anchor.

You might want to check out a new Linking System I've been beta testing thats jsut went live two or three days ago. It allows you to 'spin' anchor text of the INBOUND links you get so you could have this:

"Buy Cheap IPods from xyz" as your main anchor, but ideally you want to have more unique anchors. Using the following PIPE syntax..

{Buy|Get|Find|Discover|Import|Bid for} Cheap Ipods from xyz

This gives you 6 different versions as the system will randomly select one option from an pair of curly braces. Now when you have 3 or 4 sets of curly braces in your anchors (like I do) you can have multiple anchor variations.

All this for under $20 a month.

And all the links you get are INCOMING and ONE WAY.

    Its the Neurolinker System
