    Can the graphic that displays in an affiliate link be changed?

    I've tried this as a test and the link works exactly the same in terms of invoking the correct landing page. The only difference is the grahpic used to display the link.

    This is the link unaltered:

    <a href="http://www.kqzyfj.com/click-3688513-10523995"
    target="_blank">
    <img src="http://www.awltovhc.com/image-3688513-10523995"
    width="250" height="250" alt="Web's Best Brain Games"
    border="0"/></a>

    I simply wish to change: img src="http://www.awltovhc.com/image-3688513-10523995"
    to one of my own.
    This helps to periodically change the apperance of webpage as you used different images.

    But, I'm wondering if that, in any way, affects the Impression Rate, or CTR, or anything as far a cj.com is concerned? I can't necessarily tell from my reports which clicks are mine.

    The company I'm advertising for doesn't mind me doing this, but they can't tell me conclusively if this causes problem down cj.com's end.

    Has anyone else done this?

    Does cj.com need to know about it?

    If I can't do it this way, is there another way?

    Thank You.

    It doesn't change anything as far as CJ.com is concerned. The only thing CJ.com checks, is the link. You could change the picture to anything you want. Check the terms and agreements of your publisher though because it might not be allowed although, they wouldn't really check.

    Struth! That was quick!

    Thank a million, CJ.Online. Much appreciated.

    I have , in fact, checked with the company concerned by writing to them directly. I have their OK to alter the image, although they are understandably interested in
    what I come up with!

    Thanks, again.

    I always check with the merchant to see before I make any mods to their program.
