Changing Adsense Target keywords

    hello,
    is thre any ways to add some articles ,text ,etc in the webpage and change the Adsense Targetted Keyword to a highly paying keyword.
    will it affect the SERP rank ?

    (i know it will get elss CTR becasue of the irrevelant ads , so don't say that)


    any ideas please ?

    It does benefit some but i have not seen any effects on my side
