Changing adds to a different website

If I want to discontinue my adverts on one website and start them on another using the same account, can I do so?

Can I simply just remove all the adsense code across the old site and on the new website which has a different domain paste that exact same code?

You could do this unless there is a "channel" on the 1st site.
If it has a channel, simply create a new one in your adsense
account, and replace the old one with the newly created one.
