I'd like to change domain name on one of my sites, how can I do it?
How can I transfer all the content to a new domain with out creating duplicate content?
Is there some problem to do it?
    Thanks,
    Vad

If you dont like to redirect upload your files to the new domain and delete them under your old domain.
Change the nameservers of the old domain.

Will it not create any "duplicate content" problems?
Google indexed all content under the old domain, will it create any trouble with search engines?
May be it is better to delete the indexed pages from Google and other engines first before redirecting to the new domain?
    Thanks,
    Vad

Cant you just use cpanel/whm (if you have it) and copy everything over? there is a feature built into it which allows users to move sites, even if its on another server but as long as that uses cpanel.

I cant remember if its in whm or cpanel as i've only used it once and it was a while ago, however if you did this then you would only have to update config files.
