Rules Changes To Cheap Stuff & Link Exchange Areas

    Link Exchange threads require domain ownership verification now.

    Cheap Stuff is now deprecated... which means inexpensive things like domains should go in the normal domain category.

    There are a few reasons for doing away with the "cheap stuff" area... The biggest reason is that it was originally created as a way to prevent users from earning iTrader on inexpensive things. Now that there is no iTrader, it's rather moot. It was causing problems where people could list cheap sites for sale (for example) without verifying the ownership of the domain. In the end, it should help sellers because if someone is looking for a domain, they are going to be looking in the domain section... they aren't going to go sifting through the clusterf*ck of cheap stuff threads hoping to find *a* domain.

    All those infraction given to users about selling domains under $5 in the domain selling section were forgotten even if receiving those infractions was disturbing.
