changes in the pages Only I can see after 2/3 days, why?

    When I make any changes logo, any design,text etc I cant see them on uploading the the server.

    What are the reasons? How can I fix it?


    I have a proxy server installed in my office.

    Any suggestion I will greatly appreciate

    delete all cookies and cahce every time
