    ad placement is excellent.

    the left nav bar shud b as big as ads .. ie 160 X 600

    will think over it kartik thanks for reply... but i think i will prefer small left side to make design more easy to digest :p

    Small left side for design is cool. But if you intend to increase revenue, then try out my suggestion.
