Create a new account and when you sign up, there is a field for "promotion" or something along those lines.

Hi guys I want to post some feed back about PPP services - I have been doing the service for few months (Just text posts) it was ok for me, but when I tried the video posts service things looks different. You may need to know that : - PPP doesn't have market place that enables you to shop and choose the Blog that you need to get your post on - You can't approve the post, when you get it done, so that is it - You can set your requirements from the blogger but no guarantee that you will get all of them regarded What happened with me that I have requested to video files, the first one was ok, a nice lady: She has presented the site services in appealing manner, Her voice was clear Her English was good The quality of the video was good and she has mentioned the URL of the site But second one was a disaster, His voice was not clear He has a problem spelling some letters His English was not good enough He was using poor quality web cam He didn't mention the URL of the site (I requested that when I filled the form) and to be honest with you I was happy that he didn't mention the URL of the site He has written a notice above the video that he will create another one, as he thinks this one was not good enough (So why then to post it) I think video posts is very sensitive promotion material, you can't get any body to post videos for you without checking previous video post for him/her, besides those bloggers should have at least some experience in video production to put the URL of the site in the video I hope PPP will create some different mechanism enable advertisers to guarantee better quality video posts Sorry to not posting any URLs, you can PM if you like to check them
