I changed the theme/template on my blog. Any advice will be appreciated. I will add a link to your blog/site in return.

Add the link after your suggestions/review.

    Thanks in advance.

The layout is nice. However, the home page throws the user off. They may click on an Adsense ad, and when they're directed out of the site, they may never come back. Give them something to start on the homepage before you try to get them to click on an ad.

When you land on your blog I have no idea what your blog is about.

At this point I have no reson to stick around, I am more likely to hit the back button than to click an add or another link.

Start each post with an intro that is on topic. Even if it is short and sweet it still lets the visitor know what the post/site is about. If all you have to post is a bunch of links you have found tell me that, "hey guys I have found a bunch of sites I think you will like."

    Blind clicks - 0 revenue.

Just because my page contains a link, does not mean all the pages are links. I have content. It is just that i added a link to ppl who are helping me.

BTW, send me your link, i will link to your blog/site.

But yes, i will add an about page, even though my blog is not focused on a specific theme. It is on various topics

Agreed, put some sort of description at the top of your page, even if it is only a one sentence teaser. You just need something to catch user's attention.

A small description of the blog on the top right corner will be useful. Like information notes on (subject)
See a sample on my blog http://designer.ad4business.com

I think the blog is ok. In my opinion, blog is best to keep it simple becuase readers will have hard time reading the content with too textured scheme

You still need some kind of blog description at the top (even one sentence would be helpful) ;)
