Changed the main domain

    I have changed my main domain http://www.pakistaniforces.com/ to http://www.defence.pk/ and i also change the site name from Pakistani Forces to Pakistan Defence. However, in the search engines all i see is that pakistaniforces.com domain name is still being used. How long will it take the google to replace it with defence.pk without dropping my PR, pages indexed etc.. Do i need to do anything?

    make sure you have a 301 redirect from your old domain. It could take several months... I'm going through the same thing right now.

    It takes a long time to replace and the pagerank algorithm maintains your pr and it shall not let the pr effected.
