changed template, review my ads placement please

There are a couple things to be corrected with my header, but besides that, how do the ads look and what would you change, remove or add?

i think you must add one ads unit above your comments on content pages

 

I would add a link unit under the header. otherwise I think your placement is fine.

 

I don't know if you can do this with blogspot, but is it possible to integrate ads between posts? I think you'll find a much better CTR if you do that. It seems pretty decent as is, but I have no doubt you'll see a jump if you change it.
