Changed script and url schema and lost traffic . How to recover ?

Hi

I had and informative script which recieved 18.000 visits from google search . the schema url was like this

I changed the script so the url schema changed to

I lost about 10.000 visitos because of this decision ,because I lost alot of aged url and well ranked one

Please can you suggest me what to do ? and if there is any solution to program a special redirection via .Htaccess file

any suggestion will be appreciated

Have used any 301 redirect from old post URL to new one. I guess you have not done this. Try to add 301 redirects to solve the issue.

I didnt changed the domain name .
SO i wonder how can I can do 301 redirect .

the structure is changed is like that .

/news1.html ----> /permalink/1.html
/news2.html ----> /permalink/2.html

how can i do a 301 redirect ?
