Changed Permalink Structure - Category Pages Now Giving 404 errors

    I just changed my permalink structure and added Dean Permanent Migration Plugin and everything seems to work fine. Except for when I go to my category page. Whenever I click on any of my categories it gives me a 404 error. What can it be? How can I fixe it?

    Use "List category posts"

    It will be fixed by displaying the posts in that particular categories.
