Change your fee structure to "perfomance setting"

A simple way to get more money from your Amazon sales is to change your fee structure settings from Classic to Performance.

If you sale and ship 7 or more items a month for Amazon, your commission rate is higher* with a Performance setting than with a Classic setting. If you sale and ship 6 or fewer items in a month there is not rate difference.

*There are some categories of merchandise which are exempt from the performance structure and have their own fee structures.

There does not seem to be any downside to making this switch, so check it out! :)

OMG..YES there is a downsite. In my ebook i explained it:

If you sell electronics you're hit with a cap on your max. commision (here in EU this is 10EU, even when i sell a 5.000 producz). As a rule of thumb:

Yes, performance structure if you're not selling electronics.

I believe the only cap for Amazon US Asscociates is on Personal Computers. Here's a blurb from the amazon's Affiliate Help section:
    -------
Caps: Personal computers (both desktops and laptops) have referral fees capped at $25, and Unbox Video Downloads are capped at $1.50 per item. No other product lines have their referral fees capped.

Consumer Electronices are 4% in Performance Structure, but they don't appear to be capped.

In other words, it would be stupid to change to Classic Structure, from Performance if you are a US Amazon Associate.

Thanks for the tip. I haven't seen much sales at all with the Amazon program, but I may be in the wrong niches for it.
