Change URL, lose content match?

I altered a URL on one of my ads (same domain, different page) and now today I have zero content clicks. On average I spend 60+ a day on content clicks...

Do they need to re-approve the URL before it goes out to content pages? Anyone else had this experience?

yes, any change to an ad will require re-approval before it's live in the content network again.

I think that different page and domain may harm the approval.
