    Hi there,

    I am not in US nor the country list here: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py?hl=en&contact_type=change_country

    For take advantage of US bank deposit as I have one, change the account address to US might be a good idea.

    For who has this kind of information or experience of exchange country, I want to know:
    1. do I need to be a US citizen and physically in US to be change my address to US?
    2. how to deal with the TAX?
