Change Thread Title or Merge Threads?

    Hi I have a thread and decided to make it a mixed service but I didn't want to make a whole new thread because I think it would be against the rules so I was wondering if it was possible for a mod to change the name or gave me permission to just make a new thread and lock the old one. Any help would be great thank you :D
