    Do this via FTP.
Simply create add the new domain in cPanel and install Wordpress, and transfer the files to the correct folder via FTP.
    Done :)

Well, just do some FTP and MySQL backups.

    1. upload the files
    2. open your WP config file and replace the abc.com to xyz.com & save (Please don't forget about the full url address). Upload it via phpMyAdmin and it should be just fine.

you're just going to have to change a couple of configuration files. Should be pretty simple with the ones listed above.
