Change the language of the wordpress admin panel

    I need to change the language of the wordpress admin panel, so that when a writer wants to go to my blog and write an article he'll be able to write it in another language and see the wordpress admin panel buttons in spanish, russia, or whathever their language is.

    Please help me out, thanks everything I see only change the Wordpress content's language not the admin panel language.

    Its interesting. I never found a way to do it. Will appreciate to find how...i think its not possible.

    I learned how to do it yesterday after fooling with the code. I still haven't done it but in theory it should work. I will post how once I test it.
