    Well, let's see... table wider than 1024 friendly, so fail at the most common resolution in use...

    spacer.gif's, how 1997

    The entire page is nothing but images with no actual text content - kiss off EVER showing up on ANY search engine.

    Basically, you've got an overglorified psd - it would probably be faster to work FROM a .psd if you have one... a lot of the images as text should be axed outright (you lose the fancy font - price we all pay), or converted to image replacement methods.

    This is a big job - it's basically actually designing the site from scratch as if you were just handed the psd from the designer. Quote inbound.
