Change standard text field to WYSIWIG text editor in Wordpress Admin

I'm trying to work out how to enable the WYSIWIG editor on a text field in the Wordpress admin.

The specific field I am referring to, is in the Users section of Wordpress 2.6. It is the "Biographical Information" field in "Your profile" tab.

The reason I want to make this a WYSIWIG editor, is so that authors can create a full bio about themselves, including pictures, hyperlinks etc on the authors pages, for example, this one http://www.helloelbow.com/author/waterloo/

NB: The Your Profile field does not usually allow for HTML either as part of the standard install, but I found a hack to fix that... so I can insert raw HTML into the field, just not with a WYSIWIG editor....yet!
