   I chose custom structure and put: /%postname%/ then updated and then my links did'nt work. Any Ideas? I am using wordpress and a prosense theme.

   Try the old links, do they still work? Could be that your .htaccess isn't writable, or somehow got screwed up.
   
   But I have no idea how wordpress works, so I can't really help.
