change pay name

i want to change my pay name from mine to my wife. today i recieve my second check in my name. should be a problem if a change my pay name now, or i have to wait until i deposit my check in bank?

 

check is already issued, so it shouldn't be any problem to change the name!

 

Google won't let you change the Payee name. It would be best to get a new account, and then switch over all the sites to the new publisher id.

I don't think you will be able to change the name.

But also try coz I have once changed my name but not into other as it was only mistake in my name.

I guess! you must inform Google Adsense team also! about sudden change in Payee Name and also quote reason of changing it
