Change Password in WHM acct = Dead site HELP!!

    I went to my WHM acct and modified my password and now I get this wii-cheat-codes.com
    Is there anyway to fix this?

    okay i changed my password back and thing are back to normal.
    The question is ..How do I change my password for my hosting acct without the DB error?

    if you are changing the db password, you will need to update the password in script configuration files too.

    script configuration file is - config.php - mostly in the includes subfolder of your script

    sellerscentral, usually the best practice is not to tie your cPanel password with any database-driven website. You can create a own set of username and password to connect to the database. Go to "MySQL Database" and scroll down to take a look at the user and password.

    Create a new set of user & password, after which, allocate it to your database. Then you can connect using your newly created access :D
