Change page path in Wordpress site

    I KNOW this question is more appropriately answered on wordpress.com. However, I asked the question and no one has answered yet. So here is my question:

    I want to change the url of the following page (which may or may not be published yet):
    juantutors.com/philip-becker/

    to the url:
    juantutors.com/testimonials/philip-becker/

    Note the different PATH, not just a prettified URL

    I don't have a page at juantutors.com/testimonials/ and therefore "Testimonials" is not a parent, despite "Testimonials" being on the menu. I'm having trouble finding how to change that page path.

    1. Create a parent page named "Testimonials" and add a SubPage named "Philip Becker".
    OR
    2. Use HTACCESS

    I'm trying to avoid the albeit tiny SEO hit of having a page that just redirects to another.
