I have recently been reading that there are some people who believe that changing the filenames of your html pages to specific keywords can help the SERP. So by that logic, changing my index.htm page to my-keyword.htm, should help my SERP. Is that true? Would it hurt my SERP?

index.htm is the homepage. I am wondering if it is worth changing its name to something else.

it'll help so little that you won't even feel the difference. but others may argue
