Change my CSS from liquid layout to fixed layout

    Hey i dont have much knowledge of CSS but i built a featured posts section for my site :-
    www.techsplurge.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/screenie.jpg

    The problem is that that windows 7 image and the feautred posts area on left of it is whole a liquid layout so it wont appear properly for everyone.
    So can anyone change it to fixed layout ?
