If I am, lets say, a candle maker and my company name is "Yellow Flower"

I could name my Facebook page just facebook.com/yellowflower
But, If I am advertising using Facebook Ads - the my ads will just appear under the heading of
"Yellow Flower" right? This might be very descriptive for people looking for candles.

Does this mean I should change my Facebook page to "Yellow Flower Candles" so my Facebook ads would be more descriptive?

I like the name, but depending on the type of ad you create on Facebook, you could really set the headline as anything you'd like. If you're going after getting likes to your page only, then yes, it might make sense to include the word candles in your Facebook page name.
