the easiest option would be to overwrite http://deepwarez.com/images/misc/vbulletin3_logo_white.gif with your new logo (with the same name vbulletin3_logo_white.gif)

But to do it properly, you'd have to edit the header (i've not used vbulletin before, I cannot be more precise!) which will more than likely be in with your template (in the template folder).. and change the logo url to wherever your image is (for example deepwarez.com/images/logo1.gif or wherever you upload the logo to)...

The fastest option is to simply upload your new logo with the same name to the same directory as the current logo (user/public_html[or www]/images/misc/vbulletin3_logo_white.gif) and choose to overwrite. Hope this helps !

The aforementioned method of overwriting the default logo with the same filename does work.

But the proper way is to just upload your new logo to the images/misc or images/[your theme]/misc folder if using a custom style. Then:
AdminCP -> Styles and Templates -> Style Manager -> StyleVars -> Image Paths -> Title Image: Enter the path to your newly-uploaded logo.

NickR25 has the better answer ;)

I've never used vBulletin so I didn't know if there was an acp logo upload or not...

Thanks Nick! +Rep, you taught me something after all.
