Change layout a bit...

    I bougth this template http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/4652.html

    I would like to :
    1) keep header + footer
    2) get subscribe part to upper left (instead of lower right)
    3) keep only 1ste row of middle column, but width needs to be around 400 and height be much longer, this needs to be flexible with the text
    4) right columns : width around 200 (you have more place in the length, so search vertically instead of horizontally)

    I have all PSD files and clipart...

    I will pay via Paypal....

    The PSD got modified like the result should be...
    Now I need a coder to make some changes to a table based layout !
