Change in Search Traffic over the Past Few Days?

I've experience something very odd in Adwords over the past two days. A dramatic decrease in sales on the 8th & 9th and yesterday (10.3) everything went back to normal.

I'm talking about 3 camapaigns which have been running for over a year with daily sales of ~$500.

Clicks and Impressions dropped but for some reason- was there a holiday in the US and someone forgot to tell me?

I was wondering if anybody else experienced something similar.

 

I haven't seen any unusual change... March 8 was my best day ever.

 

This whole week has been quite strange for me - lowest week in sales & adwords conversions for a long time. Today seems back up to normal in conversions, but not sales yet...
