Change in name, How?

hey guys i want to change my name in my adsense account
e.g
current name: Deny D'souza
wanted: Deny hary D'souza

actually at the time of applying i forgot to put my middle name
please help me or
can anyone say me how it is possible?

Does it matter? I mean you should be able to cash the check or accept EFT even if you've omitted your middle name - should be okay in Canada.

No need dude. Middle name isn't important especially given your account is in good standing.

 

actually the name in my bank account includes middle name and when i receive the cheque it will be on the payee name which is diffrerent from my bank account so i wont be able to withdraw the cheque

 

You need a new bank.. i often get checks with misspellings of my name, my "full" name, my "short" name, etc.. never had a problem..

 

I don't think any bank is going to reject a check just because it don't have your middle name :/

In my local context, they will. For instance, if you have a common name and surname like David Li or something along that line, there are quite a number of people with the exact same name here, and the banks use the middle name to identify the difference (if you have a middle name in the first place).
