Change in domain name made my page rank drop - will it go back up?

    Hi,

Does anyone know why going from a free blogger account to getting my own domain name (for the same site) made my page rank drop? It was 2, now it's 0! Or if it will go back up? I have some good backlinks and have put a fair amount of work in it and would like to get my page rank back.
    Any ideas?

This happens sometimes when you change your web host, but your page rank should
eventually revert to what it was before.

It will take time for them to realize it is the same site. Just wait and get more links

if you're using blogspot/blogger you can set a 301 redirect to your new site

Unless you have done a redirect, all of your old backlinks are still pointing to the previous domain, so your new domain isn't getting credit for them. That would explain the PR0.
