change his adress from one country to another country in PayPal account

Hello Friends,

Some one asked me to remove limit from his paypal account. I have checked his account but he had not added his bank account due to he has not bank account. So i had to add my bank account, But due to he is not from my country banks of my country are not listed in drop down box.

Now to add my bank account to his paypal account need to change the country in his payPal account.

So the question is "how Can I change his address from one country to another country in PayPal account"

I believe its not possible. They mostly ask to close account in your old country and then open it in the new country.

 

According to me paypal wont allow you to do this till you provide valid proof of address or country changed in your account

 

you can do it by calling them and telling them that i just moved to another country because of my work and am sure they will accept

 

I think according to me it might be possible to change country if you show them that you have moved from one country to another you should send paypal a proof of address change.
