    Hi there,

I have a CB prodcut with a longer sales letter and a signup box on the page. Signups are not brilliant and I thought I change to an attractive squeeze page and offer the CB product as OTO. However, I get some traffic through Google because of some keywords within the sales letter.

If I change to a short and attractive squeeze page all my unique content wouldn't be accessible through Google, would it ? And I am loosing my traffic ?
How on earth can rank a squeeze page well in Google anyhow...For most of what I have seen there is hardly any content at all...

What you guys are doing ?? Long sales letter + content+ traffic or better a squeeze page ??

    Thanks
    Thomas

Neither. Both are just cutting a site owner's throat.

I'm not a fan of SEO, either, but I will say that you have other pages in your site, so they can be in the search also. It isn't just the homepage, ya know.

And you can optimize a short page, too. Just don't put keywords both in the HTML and on the page. It may be flagged as "keyword stuffing." Do one or the other.

Good luck with whatever road you decide to go down, Burford.
