Change Free WP Template to Custom

    a theme page with options so that you dont have to chase the designer again and again.

    I currently have them set up as 2 collum lay out, will there be a problem switching to 3 collum

    the theme option page should include
    no of sidebars
    width settings
    font, logo, header
    option to show thumbnail for excerpts
    show adsense after some post on homepage.

    there are many options you can ask for.

    * Valid CSS/XHTML
    * Tableless
    * SEO friendly
    * Options page (optional. depending upon your requirement)

    Just explain the designer what you want clearly - what colors and images should (s)he use, etc.
