Change Email - Can't Post and Read PM - Help!

    Hello, my friend has a problem when he changed email address.
    his username is "abud".

    He changed his email and he has done verification yet. he did it from email confirmation but he can not make thread post and read private messanger.

    He changed from primary email to secondary email, he can not do something and he changed back to primary email and still he can not do something, finally he changed to secondary email.

    What do he have to do? Could someone here (admin, mod) help him, please?
