I want to change the domain and move the host to another web hosting provider. However, I want to keep the previous domain and keep the previous website. I will upload all the files of the website to the new domain, so there are 2 websites run the same content.

Now I want to the new domain has the PR of the old domain, while the old domain can lose the PR. How to achieve this?

PR go with the domain the url.

So, if you move the host, you can still keep the PR for the same url.

If you move the site to new url, the new url will not get the PR.

The old one still get it.

If you just copy the content, you may be in trouble for duplicate content.

What ever you do, make sure you think twice and do it properly.

    Thanks

You should redirect the old domain 301 to the new domain, then the new domain will eventually get the PR.

Two domains with the same content is not a good idea. You have obviously worked hard to get your current PR and you dont want to risk losing it over duplicate content - although duplicate content may not affect PR it will definitely affect your SERPs

As kentuckyslone says. Do not make two sites with the same content. Move all the content to your new domain, then redirect the old domain with .htaccess.

If you chnage the domain and not want to lose all SERPS you should use 301 redirect so that search engine will understand this belong to the same old site.Ofcourse you lose the PR but not SERPs
