Change DefaultMaxClassProcessCount value - (where is it)

    Hello

    I am using Cpanel Apache fcgi handler and i want to change the values of:

    DefaultMaxClassProcessCount
    and
    DefaultMinClassProcessCount

    I don't know which file to edit and change those values.

    Can you please help me?

    I am using only one domain on the server.
