Change data in Adsense account?

    I have an Adsense account with name and address of my cousin.
    When the account was started, I hadn't 18 years old.
    From that account I received 2 payments (2nd, this week).
    Now, I want to change the name and address in that account with my information.
    I want to go to the bank myself, to receive my payments, not with my cousin.
    I wonder if I should modify the account or to open a new account with my data.
    If I change the address and name can I lose my account?

    Uhm,

    You can't do that, just leave it as it is and get your cousin pick money for you or you have to register new account, other possibilities are made that account become business account.

    I can change my Payee Name and address, but I don't know how safe is...
    I am very confused.
