Change Category in WP blog

Does anybody know how to do this?

i want to change my category url from
http://www.publicdesigns.com/?cat=3
to
http://www.publicdesigns.com/category/home-garden/

 

hmm.. check your permalink settings. That stuff is set there.

How do I change a post from

to
http://www.publicdesigns.com//kids-and-parenting/childrens-crafts-wall-hanging/

 

It already does that http://www.publicdesigns.com/make-salt-water-taffy-myself/

What you are looking at is an archive page. The furls may not extend to the archive section. I am not sure. I have not messed with WP in a while. I am not actively blogging anything right now.
