Change B/W photo to watermark

    I'd like to change an old b/w photo (scanned) into a watermark image. I want to be able to lay it onto a document and lay text over it. Any suggestions?

    if u want a simple way jus put the image on top most layer and decrease opacity.. but that might also effect the colors on all the layers under it

    If you're using CS3 you may use Overlay you could see it under the layer's tab choose from the drop down list (default is Normal).

    i hav tried this.. u hav to select the layer and add colours to it.. using hue and saturation option..
