Buying Change a form to submit to a remote server

    Currently the 2 websites are hosted under the same cpanel so we use localhost to connect to the database.
    How ever, i need to move the second website to a different server and localhost will no longer work and I do not want to replace the localhost with the IP address.SO i need a solution that will receive the submitted info from websiteA and insert it into the database in websiteB
