    I never heard about this before ,mine is paypal verified business account and so far is oke with "instant withdraw to my national banking with 7 days delay until I got to money to my bank account

    Best solution as above , Do Small Transactions , every 24 hrs , and dont withdraw it or sent the money for 1 week or so after receiving the last payment.this wd keep u safe.

    and if u unlucky n ur PP goes limited , do keep prepared ur Docs n all other information to submit it to PP.
