I think you may find that the majority of entries to all the logo competetions here are using some kind of stock images that have been manipulated in some way or another. Most with questionable provenance too.

Logos created with Logo Ease are of course using stock images but I own the copyright to every single one of them.

Your best bet to ensure you get a completely custom logo that is capable of being trademarked with no or little chance of that trademark ever being challenged in court is to hire a REAL graphic design company.

They might charge more than $20 or FREE even as we see many designers get no pay here but you will of course have something your business will be proud of and something you will be able to brand for the long term.

Picture modified for you ... Just so you can see that the image can be modified. Image integrated better into the text. New font selected. New colors selected.

Using the tool is like using any other tool. If you have an eye for design you can make it work well for you. If you don't have an eye for design you will not make it work well for you.

If you were to seek trademark status for this logo I have designed for you it is very likely that you would get it. HOWEVER... someone down the line may challenge your trademark in a court of law. This you will need to deal with. This is what may happen if you select any design in this competition that is using a piece of clipart. Worked well some clipart can be pretty well disguised but clipart it still is.

That is why I have said if you want a REAL brand you need a REAL design company. Otherwise you are taking pot luck

I have 3 entries that I just can not say no to so I will end this contest early to be fair to all contestants.
